A versatile and vigorous plant, Corn Salad, or Mâche, has the ability to grow outside when other leafy greens simply won't. Its' bright green rosettes blossom to have a mild and nutty taste, and its cold weather resistance means you can enjoy this green beauty all year. In the summertime, grow Mâche in partial shade alongside other leafy greens and herbs!
Planting and Care Instructions
Mache enjoys partial to full sun and can be planted tightly (up to 9 per square foot). Plant in a container to enjoy year round as it can grow well into the winter months. Water 3 times per week. Harvest biggest outer leaves and avoid harvesting more than 1/3 of the plant if you choose to grow it continuously.
