The pungent spicy and nutty flavour profile of our arugula makes it a standout green in any salad or sandwich. We promise you haven't tasted arugula quite like this before. Popular with chefs, our arugula's outer leaves can be picked when 4-6 inches long and can handle Toronto's colder spring and fall meaning you can enjoy it most of the year! Arugula grows well with beans, beets, and cucumbers.
